Excellent!

My previous church decided to focus on disciplemaking. That's good, and awesome, and right. What they didn't do was enlist the help of the one man in the church who had been making disciples by himself, year after year, quietly, not waiting for the church to create a program.

Don is, for that reason, one of my heroes. He did what he was supposed to do, even though - for decades - nobody else seemed to care.

That's exactly what I'm talking about. We do things for God, He will use our efforts whether other see or not. Thanks for reading and commenting Tony!

I absolutely LOVE this one!!! How many times every week do I think these exact questions!?!? But this line is perfect "We are to be different than the world." Yes, when others stroll in after the service has begun, or someone acts as if rules (and laws) only apply to others, we must remember that WE, God's kids, do things for HIM alone! Thanks for this great reminder!

Glad it encouraged you Peggianne! I wrote it because I need to hear these words myself!

Thanks for this reminder that our validation comes from the Lord. His approval is the one that matters.
