As a musician, I really love the comparison of staying in tune. I especially love your first tip of examining your heart. This is one I have to constantly do. Thanks for your encouragement here!

Thanks Jen, I enjoying playing the piano and it's in need of a tune. I started thinking how we have to work to stay in tune with God. Thanks for reading and commenting!

I always appreciate the depth of scripture. I love Joshua 1:8, as Moses has departed and Joshua, after all the years of his preparation, along with Caleb, is given the leadership of the nation and he has a huge job to do.

Reading your devotion reminded me of Ecclesiastes 4:12 12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

This scripture is so beautiful and so true! We must keep Him in our every day thoughts as He guides us daily! Without Him, we will fail. 🙏❤️

Love the musical insight of today's devotion. Some years back I did a short Bible study about marriage and there was similar application. When instruments are being tuned they are doing so to the tuners, not only each other. Same should be in marriage, husband and wife should not only be tuned to each other, but most importantly to the perfect tuner - God.
